Given that 1 in 4 people in the UK experience a mental health problem each year - it means there are approximately 17 million individuals who are suffering and could benefit from our support right now.

We implement holistic therapies, fitness, nutrition and wellness advice to help those dealing with anxiety, depression, grief and loss.

We are open to anyone experiencing mental health issues, and focus on equipping individuals with practical skills to enhance their resilience and manage life’s challenges effectively.

We will never turn anyone in need away, meaning our doors are always open to support across a wide range of life challenges including; Anxiety, Depression, Self-harm, Bereavement, Addiction, Eating disorders, Self-worth, Drugs & Alcohol, PTSD, Suicidal thoughts, Relationship Issues, Bullying, Grief etc.

Body Combat

Body combat encompasses a full body workout and offers many great benefits such as building endurance to empower yourself.

Pilates & Yoga for over 65s

Join our yoga for a session of gentle exercise followed by a chat, cup of tea and a biscuit.

Free Play Sessions

Partnering with our neighbours, Little Monkeys Play-gym, we are able to offer FREE play sessions for babies and toddlers aged 0-4.

Sound Bath

A sound bath is a meditative practice incorporating music and sound.

Counselling Service

We are proud to launch our FREE counselling service. With brand new therapy rooms within our wellness centre, our counselling service offers you access to a counsellor without facing lengthy NHS waiting lists. Proudly funded by the Calderdale Cares Partners

Working with the mind, body and spirit, through physical and emotional well-being, we help people to improve their mental wellness and that of others.

With a focus on promoting mental wellness and supporting each other, together we can believe in better health.

We have a large online community sharing interactive live videos for people who are having difficulties, as well as an open forum for people to connect, share wellness tips or reach out if they need support.
