The sacred drum has been used throughout ancient times to present day, to help people to reach altered states of consciousness.

Free Play Sessions

Partnering with our neighbours, Little Monkeys Play-gym, we are able to offer FREE play sessions for babies and toddlers aged 0-4.

Pilates & Yoga for over 65s

Join our yoga instructor, for a session of gentle exercise followed by a chat, cup of tea and a biscuit.
